Rebecca McColm

Rebecca McColm is based in our Indianapolis office, where she focuses on ERISA compliance, apprenticeship plans, collections, and health plan compliance.

 

Prior to joining Ledbetter Partners, Rebecca worked as a litigation generalist in several areas, including family law, landlord-tenant law, benefit appeals, and estate planning. 

 

Rebecca earned a dual bachelor's degree from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana in Law & Society and Anthropology. She earned her law degree from Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, Indiana, as well as two graduate certificates in Health Law and Civil and Human Rights Law. She is currently licensed to practice law in Indiana as well as the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
