David Fournier


Dave earned his law degree from the University of Toledo College of Law. At UT, he served as an Executive Editor of the University of Toledo Law Review and graduated cum laude. Prior to law school, Dave earned his B.A., with honors, from Baldwin-Wallace University, where he double-majored in Business and Writing.


Dave's practice focuses on Taft-Hartley multiemployer plans, particularly retirement plans and apprenticeship programs. He assists his multiemployer clients with drafting plan documents, compliance issues, and general collection matters. Before coming to Ledbetter Parisi, Dave practiced at a large Am Law 200 firm based in Toledo.


Dave is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio, as well as in the federal district courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio.
