Jennie Arnold
At Ledbetter Partners, Jennie focuses her practice exclusively on the representation of multi-employer plans. Jennie is a Co-Chair of the American Bar Association’s Employee Benefit Committee of the Labor and Employment Law Section. She has litigated cases at trial and on appeal, inclusive of the Supreme Court of the United States. She regularly litigates issues relating to employer withdrawal liability, ERISA collections, and benefit claims, among other matters. With substantial experience in the labor and ERISA arena, Jennie has achieved substantial success prevailing in matters both as plaintiff and defense counsel.
Jennie has previously served as co-chair of the American Bar Association, Section of Labor and Employment Law Employee Benefits Committee’s Civil Procedure Subcommittee (2017-2023), the Employment Discrimination and Employee Benefits Subcommittee (2013-2016), and the Criminal Enforcement of ERISA Violations Subcommittee (2011-2012). Jennie has also contributed to and served as a Chapter Editor of the treatise Employee Benefits Law. She is a regular speaker at conferences hosted by the American Bar Association, as well as other conferences focusing on multi-employer benefit plans.
Jennie received her undergraduate degree from Indiana University in 2002, with honors, and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati in 2006, also with honors. Following graduation from law school, Jennie Arnold served for two years as a federal judicial clerk.
Jennie is admitted to practice in Ohio, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and Colorado. She is admitted to Federal Courts in the Southern District of Ohio, Northern District of Ohio, Southern District of Indiana, Western District of Kentucky, Eastern District of Michigan, Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
