Paul is an experienced litigator who focuses his practice on the representation of Taft-Hartley employee benefit plans. He counsels plans on litigation and other disputes related to collections and ERISA matters, and also provides advice on other employee benefit issues. Before coming to Ledbetter Parisi, Paul practiced for nearly ten years in a large regional law firm in St. Louis, Missouri, where he litigated a variety of commercial and personal injury cases.
Paul, a native of Denver, Colorado, earned his law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law, where he served as an editor of the Saint Louis University Law Journal and graduated magna cum laude. He earned his B.A. in History from Saint Louis University.
Paul is admitted to practice in the states of Ohio, Missouri, and Illinois. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio, the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana, the Central, Southern and Northern Districts of Illinois, and the Eastern District of Missouri.
