Paul Stoehr
Paul’s practice is dedicated to the representation of Taft-Hartley employee benefit plans. He counsels plans on all aspects of legal and governmental compliance, and also represents plans in ERISA and collections litigation. Before coming to Ledbetter Partners, Paul practiced at a large regional law firm in St. Louis, Missouri.
Paul, a native of Denver, Colorado, earned his law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law, where he served as an editor of the Saint Louis University Law Journal and graduated magna cum laude. He earned his B.A. in History from Saint Louis University.
Paul is admitted to practice in the states of Ohio, Missouri, and Illinois. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio, the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana, the Central, Southern and Northern Districts of Illinois, and the Eastern District of Missouri. Paul earned certification as a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist through the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
