
Bailey dedicates her practice to the representation of Taft-Hartley benefit plans, providing counsel on a variety of compliance and litigation matters. Prior to joining Ledbetter Partners, Bailey worked as an appellate attorney in the Office of the Attorney General of Arizona. She drafted appellate briefs concerning the sufficiency of evidence, due process violations, and statutory interpretations as relevant to abuse, neglect, and dependency cases. Bailey is based in the firm's Cincinnati office.
Bailey graduated from the University of Cincinnati with her degree in Criminal Justice. While at UC, she spent a year in Costa Rica taking courses primarily in Spanish. She later attended the Salmon P. Chase College of Law.
