Bailey dedicates her practice to the representation of Taft-Hartley benefit plans, providing counsel on a variety of compliance and litigation matters. Prior to joining Ledbetter Partners, Bailey worked as an appellate attorney in the Office of the Attorney General of Arizona.  Bailey is based in the firm's Cincinnati office.

Bailey graduated from the University of Cincinnati.  She spent two years abroad, and later attended the Salmon P. Chase College of Law, graduating magna cum laude.
