Dave is a seasoned employee benefits attorney with extensive experience representing Taft-Hartley multiemployer benefit plans. He advises boards of trustees on plan governance, administration, and regulatory compliance, and is experienced in plan mergers, terminations, and the correction of operational and reporting errors. He also represents apprenticeship and training programs, guiding them through employment-related issues, disciplinary matters, and policy updates to reflect evolving best practices.

Dave earned his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Toledo College of Law, where he served as Executive Editor of the University of Toledo Law Review. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Creative Writing and Business from Baldwin-Wallace College. Admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2014, Dave serves multiemployer plans across Ohio and neighboring states from his home office in Toledo.
