
Rebecca “Becca” McColm is based in our Indianapolis office, where she represents Taft-Hartley plans and focuses on compliance and collections. Prior to joining Ledbetter Partners, Becca worked as a litigation generalist for both private firms and public organizations (Indiana Legal Services, Office of the Indiana Attorney General). She has experience in several areas of the law including family, landlord-tenant, and consumer protection.
Becca earned a dual bachelor's degree from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana in Law & Society and Anthropology, as well as a minor in Forensic Science. She earned her law degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, Indiana, as well as two graduate certificates in Health Law and Civil and Human Rights Law. When she is not practicing law, you can find Becca enjoying nature with her dog or working on her latest home-improvement project.
