Tom Kendall has spent his career representing national and regional insurance companies, financial institutions, and benefit plans. Tom has substantial experience advancing the recovery rights of plans through negotiation, arbitration, litigation, and judgment enforcement. He also counsels plans and apprenticeship programs on compliance matters. At Ledbetter Partners, Tom serves multiemployer benefit plans throughout Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan.
