Tom Kendall has spent his career representing national and regional insurance companies, financial institutions, and benefit plans. This includes litigating subrogation and reimbursement rights. Additionally, Tom has substantial experience advancing the recovery rights of creditors through negotiation, arbitration, litigation, and judgment enforcement. He also counsels his clients on compliance matters. At Ledbetter Partners, Tom's practice focuses on collection efforts on behalf of multiemployer benefit plans throughout Ohio and Indiana.
