2025 ERISA Boot Camp - Highlights and Thank You

Ledbetter Partners LLC hosted its latest ERISA Boot Camp on October 2–3, 2025, at the Plumbers & Pipefitters Local Union 189 Union Hall in Columbus, Ohio. More than 100 clients, trustees, professionals, and friends joined us for two days of interactive presentations and discussions on ERISA pension and health plans, apprenticeship programs, and trustee responsibilities.

The sessions featured engaging panel discussions led by members of the Ledbetter Partners team. Topics included plan governance, contribution delinquencies, fiduciary best practices, and the evolving compliance landscape for employee benefit funds.

In addition to the educational sessions, attendees enjoyed networking opportunities and a social event at Hofbräuhaus Columbus.
