Thomas Kendall

 

Tom Kendall has spent his career representing national and regional insurance companies, financial institutions, and benefit plans. This includes litigating subrogation and reimbursement rights. Additionally, Tom has substantial experience advancing the recovery rights of creditors through negotiation, arbitration, litigation, and judgment enforcement. He also counsels his clients on compliance matters.  At Ledbetter Partners, Tom's practice focuses on collection efforts on behalf of multiemployer benefit plans throughout Ohio and Indiana.

Tom earned his B.A. in Economics, with honor, from Michigan State University. He  attended the University of Cincinnati Law School where he received his J.D., cum laude. He is licensed to practice law in Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan and before the federal courts in the Northern District of Ohio, Southern District of Ohio, Northern District of Indiana, Southern District of Indiana and Eastern District of Michigan.
