Hold Off on That New SBC Format!

The revised template for the ACA-required Summary of Benefits and Coverage ("SBC") is on hold again. It is now expected that the new template and related documents will be finalized by January 2016. The new SBC will apply to coverage that begins on the first day of the first plan year that begins on or after January 1, 2017. Stay tuned!
